滨城区秦皇台乡卫生院开展“三减三健”理念健康科普讲座

为倡导公众树立主动健康意识，引导辖区老年人主动学习健康知识、掌握健康技能，提升自我健康管理能力，近日，滨城区秦皇台乡卫生院利用老年人健康体检契机，开展“健康科普专家走基层”三减三健专题科普讲座。

针对农村老年人群高血压、糖尿病、骨质疏松高发的现状，宣讲人员结合农村老年人生活饮食习惯，重点讲解高盐高油高糖饮食带来的健康危害，围绕减盐、减油、减糖，健康口腔、健康体重、健康骨骼核心内容进行细致讲解，帮助老人纠正日常生活误区。
